RC Network - Terms of Service
By registering an account on RC Network you agree to all of the Terms of Service stated below.
If for any reason you do not completely agree to all the terms please leave this page now.

1) Content/Information
All content (including but not limited to) user acquired or submitted located on the RC Network servers or website are property of RC Network. The end user can use this content free of charge, but will never become the owner of it. Private information given to RC Network will never get submitted to third parties, and can only be viewed by staff members with sufficient rights.
All information acquired from the RC Network (including but not limited to) game server, IRC server and website can only be used to play the game or communicate with other members.

2) Advertisement
All advertisement (including but not limited to) referring to a competing server or any other service in public channels (including but not limited to) game chat channels, IRC chat and website forums is not allowed in any way.

3) Server Staff
All staff members of RC Network are listed on the website (Server Staff).
They can be identified in game by a tag in front of their character name and a icon in front of their names in the chat.
They can be identified in the IRC room by one of these symbols in front of their names: $ (Minion and Game Master), @ (Administrator), & and ~ (Root Administrator).
Impersonating a staff member or giving yourself out to be a staff member will result in a permanent suspension from the RC Network servers.
Failure to show the proper respect to staff members will lead in a permanent suspension from the RC Network servers.

4) Language
The use of any language except for English in public channels (including but not limited to) the game chat channels, IRC chat and website forums is not allowed in any way.

4) Maintenance
Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance (including but not limited to) the game server, IRC server or website will occur. Estimated durations of the maintenances can be provided, however the RC Network staff is not obligated to give them.

5) Third Party Tools
The use of third party tools (including but not limited to) bots, cheats, hacks and modifications is not allowed in any way (with the exception of the development environment build into the game client).

6) Funding
All funds (including but not limited to) donated, given or payed to RC Network are non refundable or returnable.

RC Network holds the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason.
RC Network holds the right to terminate any service at any time for any reason.
RC Network holds the right to change the Terms of Service at any time for any reason.
